Verification of compliance

 This step is provided only on the basis of scanned untranslated originals of:
a) Certificate of maturity or high school  diploma + grades from the Ministry of education;
b) Passport;
c) Medical certificate from a doctor with evidence that there are no contraindications for the studies;
d) Curriculum vitae in English;
e) Higher education diploma with grades (only if applying for the 4-year program)

After submission of the documents, response is sent within 7-10 workdays. 
If the applicant is approved, they’re recorded for the Open Day at the university.
Dates are set by the university and the company.
The company’s responsibilities include meeting the applicant, excursions around the university and the city, accommodation provision.
An employee of the company assigns the date of the Open Day and the flight number of the plane on which a group of applicants arrives.

Request for participation in the project.

This step is provided only in case of students’ approval at the first stage of admission.
Required documents include:
a) Passport (translated into Russian and notarized + apostille);

*** Upon arrival for eduction, the student also translates the passport in Belarus (with a Belarusian notary and an apostille)
b) Birth certificate (translated into Russian and notarized + apostille);
c) Certificate of maturity or high school diploma + grades from the Ministry of Education (translated into Russian and notarized + apostille);
d) Higher education diploma with grades (only if applying for the 4-year program) (translated into Russian and notarized + apostille);
e) Medical certificate (translated into Russian and notarized + apostille);
f) AIDS certificate (valid for 2 months) (translated into Russian and notarized + apostille);
g) Official document, if there was a change of first and/or last name (translated into Russian and notarized + apostille);
h) 6 photos in 3*4 format;
i) $40 for invitation.

The company sends an invitation in three weeks after receiving the documents. It’s sent to the internal mail of the Embassy. An employee of the company sends a letter to the applicant that the invitation is ready.
The applicant needs to get medical insurance in English (must include the Republic of Belarus, the terms must correspond to the terms of the requested visa). Insurance is obligatory for getting the primary visa.

Visa.

Required documents:

1. a) The invitation;
2. b) The amount of money corresponding to that indicated on the website of the embassy on the filing date in cash;
   c) Passport.

Steps:

6-year program:

1. Submission of the full package of documents listed below (Stages of admission) on the dates stipulated by the company;
2. Interview;
3. Successful examinations passing (after preparatory training or without it) on 6 points or above.

4-year program:

1. Submission of the full package of documents listed below (Stages of admission) on the dates stipulated by the company. The university diploma must include grades (80 percents or above).
2. Interview;

Successful examinations passing (after obligatory preparatory training) on 6 points or above.
